Leading collections solutions provider, Direct Legal & Collections (dlc) is continuing to invest in the development and training of its staff, as six more team members gained their City & Guilds Accredited CSA Diploma earlier this month. Tariq Oakman, Tom East, Leonie Beck, Nicola Staples, Phillip McCallum and James Lay all received their Diplomas on 8th July 2010 at the presentation attended by over 70 students and guests. Standing out amongst all other students was Phil McCallum, who gained a distinction and won 1st Prize for gaining the best overall paper. This was described by the judges as being of the highest standard. In total 58 dlc staff have achieved their CSA diploma since 2001, illustrating the company’s commitment to training and skills. Run by the Credit Services Association (CSA), the City and Guilds accredited diploma course is tailored to the needs of the debt collecting industry and, therefore, was the obvious choice for dlc for its own people development. Providing an opportunity to achieve accreditation through knowledge of everyday working practices, it also promotes best practice for debt collectors, companies and clients which dlc actively supports. “dlc prides itself on growing and maintaining a highly skilled team of debt collection professionals and we do this through an ongoing focus on training and personal development,” says Sue Wight, Training Manager, dlc. “Six more staff have earned their CSA accredited diploma this month, enhancing the value and effectiveness of our services. By actively investing in training, dlc ensures it can offer the very best in skilled and successful debt collection solutions, operating best practice for our clients.” (Source - dlc Press Release) |
