CHELMSFORD, Massachusetts - Aspect, a global provider of unified communications (UC) and collaboration services and software, today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the leaders quadrant of the 2010 Magic Quadrant for Contact Center Infrastructure, Worldwide report. Gartner has evaluated Aspect based on completeness of vision and ability to execute. Additionally, Aspect states that its forward-looking strategy and proven product value are enhanced through its equity relationship with unified communications leader, Microsoft.
