FalconDocs is a low-cost, new service from Falcon Credit Management that provides a homeowner all of the necessary documentation that a lender needs to evaluate a loan modification or Mediation.  For under $800, the homeowner is armed with professionally prepared documentation and access to a secure on-line portal, saving most individuals thousands of dollars in professional services while they are on their way to saving additional dollars through their loan modification.

Most loan modification companies charge in excess of $3,000 for loan modification assistance, which includes extensive document preparation and follow-up with the lender. "We see it all the time," said Damian Falcone.  "Clients come in to our office needing help modifying their mortgages, but can't afford to pay what professional help will cost them.  With that in mind we have developed software that will allow us to provide the most technical and time-consuming part of the loan modification – the document preparation – at a fraction of the cost of the traditional service."

Clients are given access to a client portal on-line through a secure login.  This portal is specially designed as a management tool including instructional videos, a calendar, loan calculator, automatic notification of foreclosure filings, and other tools designed to help steer the client through the loan modification while documenting the remainder of the negotiation process.
