Gide Loyrette Nouel advises Veolia Environnement SA on the signing of syndicated loans Print E-mail
Monday, 09 May 2011

In April, Veolia Environnement SA entered into two syndicated loans: a EUR 2.5 billion multi-currency syndicated five-year facility with a syndicate of 31 banks, and a EUR 500 million three-year facility available in Polish zloty (PLN), Czech koruna (CZK) and Hungarian forint (HUF) with a syndicate of 23 banks.

BNP Paribas, HSBC France and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking arranged and coordinated such financing transactions for Veolia Environnement.

Veolia Environnement (Baptiste Janiaud, Xavier Gallet, Damien Philibert-Pollez and Béatrice Blakeley) was advised by law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel (Hubert du Vignaux, Laetitia Lemercier and Nathalie Benoit) and the banks were advised by law firm Allen & Overy (Carine Chassol, Amine Bourabiat and Hortense Atthenont).
