ACA International Board of Directors Support Legislation to End Operation Choke Point

GFKL Enters Agreement with Leading Provider of Payment Solutions Ingenico Payment Services GmbH

Essen, 24 February 2015: GFKL Sirius Inkasso, a member of the GFKL Group, and Ingenico Payment Services GmbH, the leading provider of digital payment solutions, have entered into an agreement for the revolving acquisition of a portfolio of nonperforming receivables. Ingenico Payment Services offers its customers a range of payment solutions for cashless payment transfers. The Düsseldorf-based receivables specialists GFKL Sirius Inkasso will acquire the company’s defaulted receivables as part of this contract. The resulting volume of receivables is expected to be in the double-digit millions.
